THE ROLE:
Project Managers are the front line to our roof installation operations. Main
responsibilities include reviewing sales orders and job scopes, ensuring equipment and materials are properly
accounted for, planning re-roof installations on-site, managing subcontractor crews during
installation, effective and thorough documentation of the installation, communication with
management regarding progress, problem solving on-site issues, homeowner communication throughout
the installation, and nal cleanup including homeowner nal walk throughs.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily residential roofing installations
- Coordinate subcontractor crews
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Document installations with photos
- Complete final quality inspections
- Resolve field issues
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
