Job Description
Perform all general maintenance repairs as may be required. Such repairs include but are not limited to filter replacements, basic carpentry repairs, floor repairs, garbage disposal (repair/replace), plumbing repairs, minor stove and electrical repairs and other related repairs.
Duties required to correct emergency conditions such as sewer backups, water flooding into buildings, units and related incidents. The physical duties not only entail corrective actions but includes cleaning up during and after the condition is resolved if such situation takes place other than normal working hours.
Provide written lists of noted deficiencies within the buildings to the Chief Engineer
