Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a property in Macon, GA. We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and experienced in apartment turns, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment turns between residents
- Perform extensive interior and exterior painting and touch-up work
- Prepare walls including patching, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
- Complete minor HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform general maintenance and repair work including:

- Basic plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs
- Door, lock, and window repairs
- Fixture replacement
- General carpentry tasks
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and supplies
- Assist with grounds and curb appeal as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong painting experience required
- Working knowledge of minor HVAC systems and maintenance
- Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Schedule:
- Primarily day shift hours (schedule to be discussed)
