$14- $18 per hour + commissions + tips.
Customer Service Window Technician
We are seeking candidates who:
- Want to combine hands-on work with sales, making an impact on both sides of the business.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy providing excellent customer service while upselling additional services, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, or holiday lighting to enhance the customer's experience.
- Enjoy working outdoors and engaging directly with customers on-site, offering solutions and closing sales.
- Want to work at a growing company. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across the United States and Canada, and we’re creating exciting opportunities for employees.
- Are self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible, with the ability to manage their time between sales and service.
- Are natural problem solvers and can think quickly to address customer needs.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality results, both in sales and window cleaning services.
- Valid Driver's License

What You Will Do:
- Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Sell additional services, such as holiday lighting, to customers during site visits, offering solutions to enhance their property’s appearance.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales.
- Excel in a team environment while balancing hands-on service with customer engagement and sales.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training to develop both technical skills and sales acumen.
- Be rewarded for your efforts through a combination of hourly wages, tips, and commissions on sales.
