Signature Staffing is currently hiring Electronic Assemblers for a growing company in the Harrisburg area. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with long-term career potential for dependable candidates who are looking to grow with a company.Pay starts at $17.50/hr for entry-level candidates and can go up to $20/hr for candidates with strong soldering or electronics assembly experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble electronic components and products
• Perform soldering and small parts assembly
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Stable work history and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
