Global mold manufacturer, & supplier, in Grand Rapids seeks a Maintenance Manager to join their family centered culture. Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the Maintenance team to ensure equipment is running smoothly and limits downtime of injection molding presses
- Work with Production to schedule PMs and maintain a great preventative maintenance plan
- Identify potential root cause for machine disruption and delegate resolving these issues
- Perform maintenance projects as needed, identifying vendors, contractors etc
- Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunctions of machinery
- Analyze parts inventory and purchase supply when necessary
- Understand and maintain high standard of good 5S practices
- Report directly to the President of the company
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Associates or Journeyman, preferred
- Strong mechanical and maintenance aptitude
- 5+ years experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment, required
- Previous Management/Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Environment, required
- Willing to travel 15% of time regionally

Position:
- Permanent Full-time Employee
- Shift: Days, M-F 7a – 4p
- Pay: Depending on Experience
