Job Description Quality Technician Louisburg, NC NIGHT SHIFT - Monday-Thursday 6PM-6AM. Pay will be $18.15/hr
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team! If you enjoy inspections, problem-solving, working with data, and ensuring products meet high-quality standards, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform product and process inspections throughout production
- Conduct quality audits and record inspection results
- Prepare samples for quality testing
- Enter quality data into Excel and ERP systems
- Inspect finished products before shipment
- Assist with troubleshooting quality issues
- Support documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts
- Help maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read, record, and organize data accurately
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
