Job Description

Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, and we are currently looking for a dedicated Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems to ensure the safety and compliance of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain fire alarm systems in accordance with all local, state, and national codes.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing fire alarm systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems.
  • Document all service visits, repairs, and inspections in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and repairs.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and service.
  • Valid state fire alarm technician license or certification.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, including but not limited to, wiring, circuitry, and components.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fire safety technology.
