What You'll Do
As a Cleaner, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our facilities by:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning floors and surfaces
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other high-touch areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, walls, floors, and fixtures
- Restocking restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and meeting rooms
- Cleaning and sanitizing furniture, equipment, and other shared surfaces
- Reporting maintenance concerns or repairs to your supervisor
- Following company safety procedures and properly using cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
