Trad’s Pest Control is seeking Pest Control Technicians who enjoy hands-on problem solving, working outdoors, and building strong relationships with customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical and technical work and takes pride in delivering excellent service.Our team members are helpers and learners with an entrepreneurial mindset. We use state-of-the-art products and technology to help customers maintain healthy, beautiful lawns.

Responsibilities:
- Apply lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest control.
- Inspect lawns and identify issues such as weeds, insects, or disease.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Educate customers on lawn care and prevention.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Follow all safety and company guidelines.
- Uphold company values of excellence, integrity, and purpose.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years) with a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to obtain required licensing through the Florida Department of Agriculture (FDACS).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
- Experience is a plus, but not required.
