Job DescriptionSalary: $25 - $30 Based on experience
Job Summary: Responsible for routine maintenance on machines and also conducts preventative maintenance on machines, trucks, forklifts, and other equipment as necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Perform routine equipment & facility maintenance.
- Perform routine equipment & facility repairs.
- Assist with and perform electrical, mechanical and hydraulic/air systems trouble shooting and repair
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and air systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and develop sustainable solutions for issues with equipment to include; PLC controlled equipment, plant electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and mechanical systems including motors, instrumentation, distribution, and feed control system
- Knowledge of PLCs
- Knowledge of 480V Three Phase Electric
- Initiate continuous personal and professional development and improvement.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance and/or production experience.
- Have an advanced understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with production staff and management.
- Have a basic understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
- Understand and interpret blueprints.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks while completing them in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a valid Drivers License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
