Maintenance Director What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and perform maintenance tasks to keep the building, equipment, and grounds in top condition.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety and health regulations.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships for maintenance projects and repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Maintenance Director What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety systems.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for nursing homes is a plus.
