Job DescriptionAbout the Role
The Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide Diodes 2.0 initiatives to transform, standardize, and digitize supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes. This role helps lead cross-functional programs that deliver scalable process and system solutions, improving operational efficiency, system performance, and end-to-end supply chain visibility. Reporting to the Supply Chain Process Manager, this role serves as a key transformation partner—collaborating with IT, Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service to align priorities, execute initiatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards. The position plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution and shaping the future-state supply chain operating model.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Process Transformation Leadership
- Help lead the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain process transformations across planning, order management, and fulfillment
- Help define and implement future-state operating models aligned with Diodes 2.0 objectives
- Identify, prioritize, and drive execution of high-impact transformation opportunities • Establish scalable, standardized processes across regions and business units
Program & Initiative Leadership (Diodes 2.0)
- Help lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in partnership with the Supply Chain Process Manager from strategy through execution
- Define business cases, success metrics, and value realization plans
- Drive execution of program plans while aligning with established governance, timelines, and reporting structures
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements in cost, service, and efficiency
Systems & Digital Enablement
- Partner with IT to help define and implement system roadmaps (ERP, planning systems, and data platforms)
- Translate business needs into scalable process and technology solutions
- Help lead UAT strategy and execution and ensure successful deployment and adoption
- Drive improvements in data quality, system utilization, and supply chain visibility
Cross-Functional Influence & Alignment
- Serve as a key liaison across Planning, Operations, and Customer Service
- Help lead design sessions, and decision-making forums to align stakeholders
- Influence stakeholders to align on priorities, process standards, and transformation roadmap
- Drive organizational alignment across global and regional teams
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Support and reinforce enterprise process governance, including ownership models and change control
- Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, cycle time, forecast accuracy, inventory turns)
- Drive ongoing process improvements and performance enhancements
- Ensure sustainability of transformation efforts through documentation, training, and adoption tracking
Who You Are
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation roles
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
- Strong business process design and transformation experience
- Experience with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
Preferred
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Experience leading large-scale digital or business transformation programs
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
