$100,000+ Annually
Responsibilities:
- Convert pre-set seller appointments into signed listings
- Deliver professional listing presentations
- Negotiate and close seller contracts
- Maintain strong client communication and follow-up
- Work within team systems and CRM processes
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and coachable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
