Job DescriptionPrimary responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Complete preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and food service equipment.
- Assist with facility setups for special events.
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal and grounds maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance work orders using electronic devices.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
- Maintain positive working relationships with facilities staff and other departments.
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous facilities or property maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of:
- Plumbing
- Electrical systems
- Carpentry
- Painting
