We keep growing. After recently hiring two techs, we actually need one more person to join the team.
We're in Irving, Texas (technically Las Colinas). Direct Hire. Company paid training, 401(k) match, employee health insurance, PTO.
Our budget matches someone with up to four years of experience.
We will review resumes with recent certifications, degrees, no degrees but at least six months experience, including career changers and people exiting the military.

We look for excellent troubleshooting skills, good communications skills, someone who loves working with technology, ethics, common sense, a sense of humor and a stable work history.

Experience in Service Desk and Network Admin a substantial plus.
Familiarity with the following software and tools: Microsoft 365, Exchange, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, Entra, Kaseya, spam filtering and web content filtering are helpful.
Must appreciate working on a variety of types of IT issues which encompass a wide range of technical levels of skill. If your answer is "google it," you may not enjoy our environment. Troubleshooting and an understanding of how the systems and software work is required.
