LEASING AGENT — THE DUTCHOVER TEAM AT COMPASS
Coastal Areas | Commission-Based | California License Required
The Dutchover Team at Compass is looking for a licensed California real estate agent to handle residential lease transactions across our coastal portfolio in Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Santa Monica, and more.
This is a commission-only position — ideal for a licensed agent who wants real-world luxury market experience, a steady stream of leads, and a path to growth within a team that is actively building toward the top of the Southern California market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
— Represent landlords and tenants on residential lease transactions
— Conduct showings, handle applications, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease
— Maintain relationships with existing landlord clients
— Work within the Compass platform and private exclusive network
