Goodwill serving Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania is hiring a Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our facility.

What Youll Do
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including restrooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, and exterior spaces
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
- Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and surfaces
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Use cleaning chemicals safely while following PPE requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Basic janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Occasional kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching
- Regular lifting and moving of items up to
50 lbs - Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
