Position Summary
AJM Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Manitowoc, WI. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional business environments by performing routine janitorial services according to company standards.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and is committed to providing excellent service.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.

Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces following company procedures.

Refill restroom and breakroom supplies as needed.

Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or supply needs to management.

Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing AJM Cleaning Services.
Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or custodial work.

Knowledge of proper cleaning products and sanitation procedures.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Customer service experience is a plus.
