Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional with a passion for designing enterprise-scale solutions and driving digital transformation? We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. This is an exciting opportunity to influence technology strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that improve business processes and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
As our ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as a strategic technology leader, responsible for designing scalable solutions and ensuring successful ServiceNow platform delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions.
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business functions.
- Develop technical roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Partner with IT, security, infrastructure, project management, and development teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing platform support.
- Establish and promote governance standards, best practices, and delivery frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead all technical aspects of solution delivery, including workflows, UI development, reporting, and integrations such as SSO, LDAP, REST, SOAP, and email services.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Identify technical challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation standards.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to increase platform adoption and user effectiveness.
- Mentor internal team members and help build long-term ServiceNow expertise within the organization.
- Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered capabilities.
- Provide support during non-business-hour ServiceNow releases, deployments, and migrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experience.
- 5+ years of experience serving as a ServiceNow Architect.

- Strong experience leading technical projects and guiding cross-functional teams.

- Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
