Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator- M365 to support and maintain core enterprise infrastructure in The Woodlands, Texas. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Microsoft-based environments while delivering reliable end-user computing support. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience across server administration, directory services, virtualization-related access tools, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services to keep collaboration and productivity platforms running efficiently across the organization.
• Maintain Active Directory, including user provisioning, group management, access controls, and policy enforcement.
• Manage Windows Server environments by handling configuration, patching, monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization.
• Provide support for Windows 10 endpoints, resolving operating system issues and improving device reliability for end users.
• Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure built on Dell Technologies hardware to ensure dependable system operation.
• Support Citrix-based environments and address access, performance, and session-related issues for remote and on-site users.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
• Document administrative procedures, technical configurations, and support activities to strengthen operational consistency.• 5+ years of experience in systems administration within enterprise IT environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory administration and security management.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows Server platforms in production settings.
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows 10 devices and resolving desktop operating system issues.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and hardware support practices.
• Experience supporting Citrix technologies in a business environment.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise administration and support.
