As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Ashburn, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access awareness, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while working with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support authorized access in accordance with site protocols.
- Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or policy concerns, and assist with security-related customer service needs in a commercial real estate environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
