Job Description

Community Association Manager

Great communities are built by great managers.

At Neighborhood Management, our Community Association Managers are trusted advisors to the Boards they serve. We provide the leadership, technology, accounting, and administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—building thriving communities.

If you're an experienced HOA professional looking for a company that invests in its people as much as its clients, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

You'll manage a portfolio of homeowner associations, serving as the primary advisor to each Board while partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build trusted relationships with Board Members through proactive guidance and professional management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned communities.
  • Partner with accounting to develop budgets and review financials.
  • Conduct community inspections and oversee covenant compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects and manage vendor relationships.
  • Organize and facilitate Board meetings, annual meetings, and homeowner communications.
  • Maintain community records and ensure timely service for homeowners.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of HOA/community association management experience.
  • Communicates professionally and builds strong relationships.
  • Is organized, proactive, and accountable.
  • Enjoys solving problems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Has experience with budgets, vendor management, board governance, and community operations.
  • Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and business technology.
  • Holds a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® designations are a plus but not required.

What to Expect

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our main office with regular travel throughout the DFW area. The role includes community inspections, Board meetings, and occasional evening meetings, with limited weekends as needed.

Why Neighborhood Management?

For nearly 30 years, we've built a reputation for exceptional service, long-term client relationships, and investing in our employees. We believe great managers deserve great support.

We offer:

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, and HSA options
  • Paid time off and parental leave
  • Professional development and industry education
  • Modern technology that helps you work more efficiently
  • A collaborative team culture
  • Opportunities for long-term career growth

If you're looking for a company where your experience is valued, your voice is heard, and your career can grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Come build with us.
