Position Overview
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce CLI (SFDX), enterprise integrations, API development, and Salesforce architecture.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Strong expertise with Lightning Web Runtime (LWR)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce CLI (SFDX)
- REST & SOAP API integrations
- Experience with enterprise system integrations

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions using LWR and Aura templates.
- Build high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for Experience Cloud.
- Design secure identity and access solutions using External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing models.
- Develop integrations with ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement Data Cloud integrations to deliver unified customer experiences.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for Salesforce metadata.
- Implement personalized user experiences using Salesforce CMS and Audience Targeting.
- Develop automation using Headless Flows and Asynchronous Apex.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
