Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually (Commission-Based)

Westside Shower & Bath is growing, and we're looking for motivated, results-driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our team. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath and shower solutions.

What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solutions
- Conduct professional in-home presentations
- Use company-provided tools and technology to create customized designs
- Present pricing options and close sales
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project completion
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and closing sales
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
