Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment, including disassembling machines to replace defective parts.
- Consult blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as determined by the Service Manager.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of industrial and facilities maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a minimum of 480 V electrical knowledge.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in facilities electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to safely operate welding guns, tools, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of EMIGSVILLE, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $66560.00/yr.
3 Medical Plan options HSA Vision Dental Unum Disability, Life and AD&D 401k up to 4% match EAP PTO Schedule - 5 days issued at 90 days employed. 10 Days at 1 year mark. Adds 1 day per year until year 10 max of 20 Days PTO
