We are seeking a Laptop/Mobile Device Technician to join our small technical team. This role involves testing and repairing Chromebooks along with a variety of mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Galaxy tablets. Candidates with prior PC/laptop repair experience and knowledge of technical diagnostics will thrive in this position. The shifts available are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 4 PM to 12:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Test and repair Chromebooks and mobile devices
- Perform technical diagnostics on laptops and mobile equipment
- Conduct device repair and maintenance tasks
- Support iOS and Android devices, including iPhones and iPads
- Collaborate with a small technical team to resolve device issues
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years in PC/laptop repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Experience with mobile device repair
- Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
