One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH
**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $40/hr
**Shift: **1st and 2nd shift
Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment

Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime

Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, bearings, and automated production machinery

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation

Install, modify, and commission new equipment and support machinery upgrades

Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS software
-
Conduct routine equipment inspections and participate in root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment

Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
-
Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems
