Full Time experience maintenance person needed for our property management company. Our maintenance staff services all of the rental apartments and homes and we manage. The ideal candidate will have the following:

general experience in carpentry, very light electrical (outlets, lights), light plumbing (repairing sinks, toilets), lawn care, and painting. Basically, any thing that might need repairing within a home. Larger and more skilled jobs are hired out to contractors.
tools - the ideal candidate will be able to perform most of the basic repairs with their tools. This is required.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from work. Work vehicle is provided if needed.
Clean criminal background required.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. Very minimal overtime required for emergencies or snow removal.
Someone who lives close enough to respond to the occasional tenant emergency.

Wages commensurate with experience and can be discussed during a personal interview.
