Let’s Be Honest About the Job
- It’s Physical: You’ll be moving, bending, lifting, scrubbing, and staying on your feet all day. This requires stamina.
- It’s Real Cleaning: Not just the easy stuff. Yes, scrubbing toilets (inside and out), showers, ovens, pet hair, and mystery stains are all part of the work.
- Quality + Speed: Deadlines matter, especially for turnovers. We expect you to manage time efficiently without cutting corners.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have professional residential cleaning experience and know how to judge a room and manage your time.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things others miss and take true ownership of your work.
- Customer-Focused: You enjoy building trust with clients and communicating professionally.

Requirements
- Experience: minimum 1 year of Professional residential cleaning experience required.
- Location: Based on the North Coast (serving Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, and Cannon Beach).
- Reliable Transport: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Technology: Smartphone with active data service.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift, bend, reach, climb stairs, and maintain an active physical pace.
- Background & Safety: Offers are contingent on a successful background check. We maintain a drug-free workplace (testing required after workplace incidents or signs of impairment).
