System One is hiring a Phone Operator for a specialty medical clinic in Tulsa!
This is a 90-day contract assignment with an immediate start date.
Pay: $15.00–$17.50/hour Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Take accurate messages and relay information promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous phone operator, call center, medical receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare experience is a plus
