In this role, you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.Responsibilities:Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communicationDevelop tools and processes to capture relevant metricsEvaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or statusEvaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testingRequired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of relevant experienceU.S. CitizenshipActive Secret ClearanceMDA (or DoW) ExperienceExperience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)Excellent organization and communication skillsExperience with systems integration Desired Skills/Experience:Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)Experience briefing and interacting with senior leadersExperience developing digital tools or dashboardsAPPLY TODAY!!Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small BusinessEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) employerReasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
