Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Leadership

Job Type: Full-Time, Non Exempt

\n

Hourly pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

\n

Position Overview

\n

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting equipment reliability, preventative maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and repair efforts throughout the manufacturing operation while leading daily maintenance activities and coordinating work with operations.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Interpret and analyze electrical schematics.
  • \n

  • Interpret mechanical and machined part blueprints.
  • \n

  • Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot electronic circuits.
  • \n

  • Install conduit and wiring in compliance with NEC and applicable codes.
  • \n

  • Perform preventive lubrication and inspection of all company machines and equipment according to scheduled intervals.
  • \n

  • Identify machine malfunctions to prevent machine breakdown.
  • \n

  • Coordinate repair scheduling with operations leaders.
  • \n

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues within the assigned area.
  • \n

  • Schedule job orders.
  • \n

  • Direct team members on daily work orders and preventative schedules.
  • \n

  • Operate ladders and scissor lifts safely.
  • \n

  • Flexibility of work hours, including mandatory overtime when business needs require.
  • \n

  • Adapt to different production lines and responsibilities. Work safely with and around moving equipment.
  • \n

  • Ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner with team members.
  • \n

  • Diagnose and repair downed equipment promptly and efficiently to restore production.
  • \n

  • Operate equipment and tools requiring precise control and adjustment in accordance with work orders.
  • \n

  • Adhere to safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
  • \n

  • Meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • \n

  • Learn and perform repetitive job tasks effectively.
  • \n

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • \n

  • Follow Standard Work or other documented processes.
  • \n

  • Comply with all OSHA requirements and specific Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Manufacturing Maintenance: 4 year (Preferred)
  • \n

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.
  • \n

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
  • \n

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • \n
