DUTIES: Reporting to the Program Coordinator, provide daily monitoring of Work Sites, coordinate among Participants and Work Site Supervisors.
- Responsible for assisting the Program Coordinator with the supervision of all administrative activities including worksite assignments, conducting Enrollment interviews, ensuring all participant forms are complete and submitted to the Program Coordinator, pick up and drop off of participant time sheets, evaluations, and surveys.
- Responsible for preparing weekly site monitoring reports.
- Responsible for the supervision, compilation, accuracy, and timely reporting of all program statistical data for review by the Program Director and the Director of Program and Job Development before submission to the relevant agencies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or at least 2 years of college.
- A two-year work history with computer experience is required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work a flexible and occasionally hectic schedule.
- Knowledge of SEL and PYD.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of East Flatbush, Flatbush, Crown Heights, and Canarsie neighborhoods.
