An exclusive private golf club in Childress, Texas is seeking a hands-on Facilities Director to lead all maintenance operations and play a key role in the club's pre-opening process.

This is a working leadership position requiring strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. The ideal candidate will develop a preventative maintenance program, troubleshoot issues, oversee vendors, and help establish operational standards from the ground up.
