Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Maintenance Technician with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Philadelphia, PA location.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -4pm
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
- Performing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring.
- Conducting regular inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards are met.
- Performing general maintenance to keep products in working condition.
- Scheduling major repairs with building occupants.
- Addressing customer concerns and emotions in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist management with any request for residents in the building.
- Disassembling equipment to remove damaged components and reassembling it after repairs.

- Diploma/GED required
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
- Physically capable of lifting 23 kg unassisted
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools.
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
Other Requirements
- MUST have reliable transportation.
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position.
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays.
- Must be available to work on-call or when needed due to staffing shortages
- Must pass comprehensive background check.
