Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of various commercial spaces, ensuring they are spotless, organized, and inviting. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for executing detailed cleaning routines with precision and efficiency, helping us uphold our commitment to excellence in every space we service. We are currently hiring for Full time and Part time, 1st and 2nd shift positions available.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, following established protocols.
- Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are met consistently.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to eliminate dirt, germs, and allergens.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues that require escalation.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination during cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred; custodial experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict schedules.
- Provide support to team members through training, PTO coverage, positive engagement and working hand in hand along side as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and reaching high surfaces.
- Reliable attendance record with a strong work ethic committed to punctuality and professionalism.
