Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)Job Type: Full-Time

Thern is a leading manufacturer committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician I to help ensure our products meet customer specifications and company quality standards while supporting our manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do:
- Perform incoming inspection of parts and materials.
- Conduct assembly and product audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Interpret drawings, inspection plans, schedules, control charts, and related documentation.
- Test products for dimensional, mechanical, electrical, and performance characteristics.
- Audit manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support non-conforming material investigations and disposition activities.
- Coordinate sorting, rework, rejected material disposition, and returns.
- Monitor and maintain gauge calibration programs.
- Support first article inspections and vendor quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Assist with Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement projects.
- Create and update work instructions and quality documentation as needed.
- Guide team members in the proper use of precision measuring instruments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, or related quality role preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and quality documentation.
- Comfortable using computers and manufacturing software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
