Following record growth and significant investment, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Director of Maintenance to join a leading aerospace MRO organisation in Auburn, Washington.

Founded in 1984, the business operates across three facilities spanning more than 225,000 sq. ft. and was recently acquired by a global MRO group generating over US$250 million in annual revenue, with 12+ facilities worldwide. This acquisition has created long-term stability, substantial investment, and outstanding opportunities for future growth.
