Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated homeowners considering selling
- Conduct listing consultations and pricing presentations
- Develop strategic pricing recommendations
- Secure listing agreements
- Guide sellers through the listing and selling process
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Maintain communication through our CRM and follow-up systems
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
- Driven to increase listing inventory and income
- Professional, organized, and client-focused
