Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 (scaling with experience level and location)

A national full-service Am Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate for its Ohio and Pennsylvania offices. The firm serves clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups and nonprofits, with numerous Chambers and Best Lawyers ranked practices and attorneys.

What you'll be doing:

- \n
- Handling commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Advising on leasing matters
- Working on real estate lending transactions
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
What they're looking for:
\n
- \n
- 3–7 years of transactional real estate experience
- Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, or ability to obtain promptly following hire
