MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
- Possess a valid Florida Class D Security License
- Have a valid Florida Driver License
- Have reliable transportation
- Maintain current vehicle registration
- Maintain current automobile insurance
- Pass a criminal background search
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Have excellent communication skills
- Present a professional appearance
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Arrive early—not just on time
- Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols
- Check doors, gates, fence lines, and common areas
- Remain alert, proactive and professional throughout the shift
- Write clear, accurate reports
- Follow all Post Orders
- Communicate often with supervisors
- Represent our clients professionally
