Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
As a Real Estate Buyer's Agent, you'll guide homebuyers through every stage of the purchasing process while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with qualified buyers to understand their goals
- Schedule and conduct home showings
- Educate clients throughout the home-buying process
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and transaction coordinators
- Maintain regular communication with clients from consultation through closing
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
