Maintenance Technician
- Hiring for 1st Shift shift (M-F)
- Salary: $27-$30/hr depending on experience

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of manufacturing equipment. This is a 1st SHIFT (Monday to Friday) offering consistent hours, a strong team culture, and real room for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues — mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- Work with PLC systems and troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and calibrations.
- Collaborate with machine operators and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues.
- Dismantle and reassemble machinery, replace defective parts, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- PLC experience (a plus).
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with drives (setup and installation).
- Hands-on experience with machine repair, bearings, seals, gearboxes, clutches, and pumps.
- Welding, machining, or fabrication skills (a plus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
