Print Packaging Project Manager
The ideal or trainable Project Manager candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Printing Industry Experience: Background in the printing industry is required, including experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Printing, Packaging, Flexographic (Ftexo}, or Digital Printing.

Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers, manage expectations, and maintain strong client relationships.

Estimating Experience: Familiarity with job costing, quoting, and estimating processes within a printing or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.

Knowledge of Board Grades: Basic understanding of paperboard types, grades, and their applications in packaging and printing.

Prepress Knowledge: Working knowledge of prepress processes, including file preparation, proofing, and print readiness.

Computer Proficiency: Competency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), with the ability to learn industry-specific systems such as ERP or MIS platforms.
