SUMMARY:
Our product, LenderLink, automates the loan boarding process by interfacing Loan Origination Systems to Core Servicing Systems. The firm also has various internal programs and software to maintain. New Loan systems come up all the time and new Core integration opportunities are abundant for those hard charging individuals who take advantage of the opportunity. The IT/ Senior Programming Specialist is responsible for maintaining the code base, the database, and system configurations across an ever-growing number of connection integrations. The IT/ Senior Programming Specialist will work on support hotfixes and new feature enhancements simultaneously. This sometimes requires direct interactions with clients to install updates and handle support requests. A high level of quality and customer satisfaction is required to maintain our firm’s credibility. Secondary roles come up that involve handling IT/Network related issues as well as helping the Sales and Support teams with various tasks. This is a fast-paced position that will require overcoming challenges and continual education of our product and industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program in and maintain a mature code base that can run as a windows program or as a web application.
- Conduct research and provide potential solutions for programming needed for enhancements and new projects.
- Ensure source control is properly used and maintained by the entire programming staff.
- Work with the entire development team to ensure new projects are properly scoped, designed, coded, deployed successfully and fully documented.
- Work with development manager to plan upcoming priorities and identify when priorities need to be adjusted.
- Assist programming staff with their tasks and projects as needed.
- Work with the support and implementation teams to help resolve issues and close client tickets.
- Help resolve minor computer/network related issues as they arise. Act as a point of contact with the networking team to resolve bigger computer/network related issues.
- Learn financial industry, banking, and accounting concepts.
- Work with the sales team to research upcoming projects, provide time estimates and identify potential pitfalls.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years of work experience, or combination of education and experience required.
- 2-4 years of relevant programming experience required.
- Must possess programming aptitude.
- Knowledge of a programming language such as C, C++, C#, Java, etc.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and other fundamental programming concepts.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to switch between development and support tasks at a moment’s notice.
- Ability to work professionally directly with clients.
- Strongly Preferred:
- Banking software experience.
- Experience with PostMan/SoapUI software and/or experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Full stack development experience.
- Experience with Windows IIS.
- Experience with Database design and usages.
- Experience with Network/Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with MS SQL Server.
- Experience with software source control i.e. GIT or SVN.
- Experience with C++ and C#.
- Experience with xml and json files.
- Knowledge of cloud-based tools and how to secure the tools.
- Knowledge of Make/Link Scripts used for compiling software.
- Ability to work with and learn numerous languages and programming tools.
- Ability to work in “bleeding edge” environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and environments.
- Experience with software design methodologies.
- IT and network related experience.
- Ability to multitask several projects effectively.
- Ability to meet mandated deadlines.

- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- Although this is a fully remote position, the employee may be required to be physically present in the Cameron, MO office at times.
- While performing the duties of this job at the office location, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
- The employee’s work will be subject to supervision and regular state reviews/check-ins by management. Additionally, the employee will be subject to both semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
- Punctual, reliable attendance is required. The employee will be consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time; is consistently available to be reached by other team members via 8x8 during working hours.
- Standard working hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Supporting clients in different time zones may require working outside of normal business hours. Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis depending upon employee circumstances and company/client needs.
- Additional hours may periodically be required depending upon client/company needs.
