We are seeking to hire part-time experienced, qualified and attentive commercial cleaners to join our A+ cleaning team! Under direct and immediate supervision, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in county buildings, offices and schools.
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy and intense cleaning duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and cleaning bins
- Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
- Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to your immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions.
- Working knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies
- Excellent work history
- Reliable transportation
Experience:
- Experience in custodial upkeep of commercial and or public buildings is helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Shift:
· Monday - Friday
· 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
