Job Description
As a Security Officer Clinical Patrol Response in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, staff, and visitors with strong communication and customer service. In this people-first role, you will bring a caring attitude, reliability, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment throughout the facility.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and security-related incident documentation.
- Support a professional environment by observing activity, reporting hazards or policy concerns, and following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hospital positions require compliance with applicable vaccination requirements.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
