Job Description:
Strong interpersonal skills are required. The ability to forge a positive working relationship with different working groups is key to our success.
Oversee the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
Builds: The powerhouse of the business! All other departments work to support Builds operations. It is the biggest department and experiences the most growth because of the nature of the organization. Expect physical work lifting up to 40 lbs overhead and moving heavy materials (1,100+ lbs) with equipment. Be ready to stand, twist, kneel, and move for 8+ hours a day. Use basic inventory and material handling equipment (MHE). Stay focused while multitasking and pay attention to detail. Be open to learning new tasks and working in a fast-paced environ
