Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Analyst in Hermitage, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will be part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and delivers with teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points for personnel, deliveries, and/or shipments, verifying credentials and following post orders for visitor, vehicle, and package processing.
- Support daily operations at the location by communicating with staff regarding policy questions, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and completing required logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
